High-speed, high-performance shredder for wood and green waste

The Lacero 8010 extends our product portfolio for processing
woody biomass. This high-speed shredder has a large intake
and 812 hp power – enough for a throughput of up to 400
cubic metres per hour. For operators who place high demands
on throughput and material quality, the Lacero is one of the
best-performing machines for processing virtually all materials
involved in landscaping. Thanks to its heavy-duty design, the
Lacero is also perfect for shredding waste wood. Its tough
tracked chassis gives it the necessary mobility. The cladding
design keeps the machine quiet and protects it from dirt, while
offering great maintenance access.

In daily use

Size matters

The feed hopper is sized perfectly for the Lacero’s high throughput. The feed length of 4.5 m and loading height of 2.4 m make loading easy. The walls and height extensions on both sides are very heavy-duty and have no problems standing up to “contact” with loading machines.

Driving force

Power transmission from engine to belt pulley is by a zeromaintenance, hydraulically operated friction coupling. It doubles as an overload protection and gives soft run-up,
and its integrated control electronics reliably protect the power train from damage.

Built tough

Heavy-duty construction with an overall weight of 40 tonnes makes this high-speed shredder tough enough for the demanding jobs. The massive, over three tonne rotor is at the heart of it. On it are 16 teeth, whose reversibility and carbide coating keep them cutting for a long time.

Flexible use

Screen basket changing is uncomplicated. The screen basket carrier is hydraulically released, the locking is loosened and the two-part screen basket is replaced using lifting gear. Secure again, tension and the machine is ready to get to work again. Maintenance made easy The Lacero offers outstanding maintenance and service access. Integral ladders and maintenance platforms make all work safe and comfortable. At the same time, the cladding reliably protects the shredding and engine compartment from dirt.
